I love FIT for the AWESOME trainers. The variety of classes. You will never be bored. Our FIT community is the best ever. We all encourage each other, cheer when we crush our goals, and have fun while exercising.
I started with FIT earlier this summer. I have a history of joining the gym, quitting the gym, joining the gym….you get the idea.
This time is different! The classes are a great size, fun to participate in and push you to your limits! I get 3x the workout I would going at it alone at the gym. The FIT family is extremely supportive and meets you where you are with your fitness. Cathy is great at modifying exercises for ease or for a challenge as needed. They regularly have extra challenges, activities, or community workouts.
Since joining, I have lost almost 15 lbs and several inches. I also regularly make better food choices and feel accountable!
I recommend that anyone with a yo-yo history like mine to try FIT! It’s an amazing and supportive team!
I love coming to FIT. Class sizes are small but never intimidating. The instructors challenge me every day.
FIT is FREAKING AWESOME! Never did I think I would find a gym that I would actually enjoy going to. If I can’t make a class one day, I feel like I am missing something. I love the small class sizes, the way the instructors know me and my limits and how far they can push me. I love all my FIT friends!
I joined Fit in March of this year. I have had a blast stepping up my exercise/fitness routine. The instructors are all awesome! Everyone made me feel welcome. The instructors and the other members who I now consider friends are a lot of fun, and that makes going to the gym a great experience and we encourage one another!
