TRX Yoga is assisted yoga using TRX straps. Incorporating TRX straps into yoga is a great way to improve your yoga practice- at any level! This 60 minute class makes yoga accessible and fun for everyone. With the assistance of the TRX straps, you can hold poses longer, get a deeper stretch and strengthen muscles to help you master more difficult poses.
Barre Bootycamp is designed designed for beginners. The six week booty camp meets every Friday at noon for a butt and gut busting workout. You will burn calories with low impact movements that target and tone your booty. In addition to weekly classes, you will have exclusive access to a Workout of the Week to jump start your fitness every Monday. Fitness and nutrition tips from your coach will keep you motivated and on track throughout the six week booty camp. Check back for the next six week bootycamp to resume in late March!

PiYo Live is a 60 minute class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.
TRX Barre is a unique combination of traditional Pilates Barre with the strength and stability of using TRX straps. 60 minutes to strengthen, tone and stretch! A Ballet Barre is also available for beginners.
